🚀 About the Role
Codertal is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI and data science team on a B2B contract basis. You’ll play a key role in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world problems and deliver measurable business impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to turn data insights into production-ready solutions used by thousands of users across industries.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, build, and deploy machine learning models at scale.
✅ Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and transform data.
✅ Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production systems.
✅ Experiment with algorithms and tune hyperparameters to optimize performance.
✅ Monitor, evaluate, and improve deployed models over time.
✅ Document processes and ensure reproducibility of results.
🎯 Required Skills and Experience
✔️ Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
✔️ Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data preprocessing.
✔️ Experience with model deployment and MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
✔️ Proficiency with SQL and data manipulation using Pandas or NumPy.
✔️ Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
✔️ Intermediate to high level of English.
✔️ Must be located in the European Union.
